CONTEST DETAILS: Each month, CFgear will select a random winner of 25 1GB USB flash drives from the list of eligible participants who submit entries during the contest month. You are only eligible to submit one entry per name and email address per month and are not allowed to win multiple times during the duration of the contest. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone call. The winning party will receive 25 1GB USB drives (to be selected by CFgear, but CFgear will do its best to accommodate specific color requests). The winner will also be allowed to select a laser etched logo to be placed upon the drives. This logo will be confirmed upon confirming final details with the random monthly winner.
TERM: This contest will begin on May 1, 2011, with the first free drives being sent in early June 2011.
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: A valid email address is required for entry. After completing the registration form you will be sent a confirmation email to your registered email account.
USE OF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS: Winners will be announced via email. This means you will receive an email from us about this contest. You may choose to stop receiving these emails by using the opt out mechanism included in every email. CFgear reserves the right to promote the winning entity as desired. We will never sell or release your information to third parties.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received during the month.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: You may enter the contest one time only per month by completing the online entry form and providing your information and a brief outline (two paragraphs or less) on why your group, charity or organization is deserving and what you plan to do should you be randomly chosen as the monthly winner. Limit one online entry per person and per email address per month.
All entries must be received by the last day of the month in order to qualify for the current months drawing. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one online entry, only the first entry will count. The prize winners will be selected by a random drawing the first week of the following month. CFGear is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, or misdirected and reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest drawing dates without prior notice.
NOTIFICATION: The prize winners will be notified by email early the following month. At that time we will discuss delivery address and all other details relative to being randomly chosen as the monthly giveaway winner. Winners will be asked to complete an online winner acceptance form.
Contest participants and random winners of the free USB flash drive contest agree to let CFgear use your submission, including name, idea and testimonials to promote this site. You agree that if you win, you may be asked to provide a testimonial for this website within 14 days of being notified.
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to adult residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths and to the residents of Canada which are 18 years old and above except in Quebec and where prohibited.
Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of CFgear and its advertising agency are NOT ELIGIBLE. All participants and/or entrants release CFgear and their agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, contest partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies and employees, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the contest and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this contest.
Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to CFgear manufacturing terms and conditions. This contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS: CFgear, its participating sponsors and organizations, state agencies, officers, employees and agents are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury from entering the contest or acceptance and use of any winning item. By submitting an entry, participants accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of CFgear which shall be final. Winners assume complete liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this contest, or the use or misuse of any prizes. CFgear reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend this contest should causes beyond the control of CFgear corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release, which must be completed and returned via email at the time the winner provides mailing information. Shipping, handling and postal fees are the responsibility of CFgear. By accepting a prize, winner grants CFgear permission for the use of his/her first initial, complete last name and state of residence for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited.
